PURPOSE:To make the thickness of the film of downfalling fluid smaller for making the defoaming of even high-viscous fluids much easier by turning a disk body when a viscous fluid contg. powder or air bubbles is flowed down onto a disk body under vacuum. CONSTITUTION:A fluid 7 to be treated forms a stirring flow in the direction of arrows by a stirring blade 6 turning coaxially with a screw pump 4 and is uniformly mixed preliminarily while being renewed its surface exposed to the vacuum of a vacuum tank 1 and at the same time while being defoamed. Then, further mixing is conducted in an upward flowing fluid 7' by the pump 4, and the fluid is pumped up to the central portion of the upside of the rotary plate 5. Then the fluid is made into a thin film 7'' by centrifugal force, stirred by shearing force originated from centrifugal force while being defoamed, shaken off, collided against the side wall, and mixed further. Thus, the fluid is completely made uniform. |
