<p>PURPOSE:To prevent malhardening of an objective material from occurring at the time of modifying the hardening condition by a method wherein actual output values of a high-freqency wave generator for an inductor and a feed controller for the objective material are compared with reference values, in the high-frequency induction hardening device. CONSTITUTION:Power for heating the objective material 9 is generated from the high-frequency wave generator 6 and is supplied to the inductor 8 through a matching device 7. In this case, an output voltage Eo from the generator 6 is fed to comparators 13-1-13-3 through a converter 11. Simultaneously, an output voltage Ei from a DC stabilized power source 2 provided separately is changing over the output voltage and volume controlling means 4-1-4-N for regulating the output voltage. The above two voltages are compared with each other by the comparators, and alarm output relays 14-1-14-3 are driven in accordance with the difference between the voltages, while a high-frequency wave generator 6 is controlled so as to make Eo equal to Ei, thereby supplying proper heating power to the objective material 9.</p> |
