<p>The mixing valve hand lever engages with a bearing in the side of a rotary head protruding from the valve housing. On the end (3) of the lever engaging in the head (1) a trunnion (5) is formed, at 90 deg. to the lever axis (4), engaging with a control member (7) in the valve. There can be cranked portion at the lever end, and on which the trunnion is formed, this being integral with the lever. There can be a cylindrical plastics body with a slot, engaging with recesses in the lever, forming a thickened bearing portion for the lever acting against the wall of the head.</p> |
