<p>PURPOSE:To improve the effect of vibration insulation by arrnanging a spacer between a center lead which fixes the upper end shield and the circular hole of the lower end shield which is fixed at a side lead end and hold-fixing the spacer at center lead. CONSTITUTION:A center lead 4 and a side lead 5 are inserted in a hole formed on a stem ceramic 7 to which sealing parts 8 are silver-and copper-waxed and the lower ends are silver-and copper-waxed to the stem ceramic 7 by a terminal. The lower end shield 3 is retained on the upper end of the side lead and the upper end shield 2 is retained on the upper end passing the center lead 4 through the circular hole 3a of the lower end shield 3. A spacer 11 consisting of a ceramic body is inserted between the circular hole 3a of the lower end shield 3 and the external surface of the center lead 4 and is held-fixed by a projection 4a. This can improve the effect of vibration insulation of the leads 4 and 5 and make them narrow. As a result, the cost of an electron tube cathode can be reduced.</p> |
