PURPOSE:To enable the anode temperature to be maintained high enough during exhaust work, by inserting a ring type spacer between the cathode and a sealing metallic ring and brazing the anode to the spacer and the spacer to the sealing metallic ring with gold copper solder and silver copper solder, respectively. CONSTITUTION:Material which has lower thermal conductivity than an anode material, for example, a stainless ring type spacer 6 is inserted between an anode 1 and a sealing metallic ring 3. The anode 1 and the ring type spacer 6 are vacuum tightly brazed by a gold copper solder 7. The ring type spacer 6 and the sealing metallic ring 3 are vacuum tightly brazed by a silver copper solder 5. |
