摘要 PURPOSE: An anisotrophic conductor, a display device, a method for manufacturing display device, and conductive members are provided to improve the reliability of a structure mounting a driving circuit on a display panel, and easily manufacture a mounting structure having high reliability. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal display device(1) includes a display panel(10), a plurality of source COF(Chip On Film) sections(21) and a plurality of gate COF sections(22) driving the display panel, a plurality of driving circuit connectors provided to the source COF sections and the gate COF sections, panel connectors provided to the display panel, and anisotrophic conductor(25,26) electrically connecting the driving circuit connectors and the panel connectors. The anisotrophic conductor includes an insulating medium and a plurality of conductive members dispersed in the medium. A surface of each conductive member is conductive. Force changing the conductive members is applied to at least one of conductive members to change a conductive character of the anisotrophic conductor into an insulating character.
