PURPOSE: Provided is additive composition for rapidly decomposing plastic products such as disposable plastic containers or vinyl package and for controlling time for the decomposition. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises 70-80 parts by weight of calcium carbonate, 10-20 parts by weight of polypropylene, 2-4 parts by weight of 56-60% paraffin solution, 1-2 parts by weight of stearate and 3-5 parts by weight of polymer having self-decomposable function based on 100 parts by weight of total composition. The self-decomposable polymer is selected from starch-based polymer or cellulose based polymer. The additive composition is added to conventional plastic material to produce decomposable plastic product.
