PURPOSE:To quicken a call to a called subscribed by connecting an information circuit and a called extension directly via a connection path in a main channel network, by storing in a storing means with the communication between an acceptance circuit which accepts an incoming call requiring guide service and the information circuit to the called extension corresponding to the incoming call. CONSTITUTION:To information desk IFT attached to an electronic private branch exchange, acceptance circuits CL1-CL4 accepting incoming calls requiring guide service and one information circuit IL making a connection with a called extension corresponding to the incoming call are connected. The coordination between those acceptance circuits CL1-CL4 and information circuit IL is stored in main storage device MM connected to central controller CC and through the prescribed operation on the console panel of information desk IFT, the incoming call of trunk line COT which is being accepted by acceptance circuits CL1-CL4 is connected directly to intro-office trunk IOT, which is being connected to information circuit IL, by network NW of the exchange to simplify the operation of information desk IFT, starting a call with the called subscriber quickly. |
