发明名称 DYNAMIC SENSE AMPLIFYING CIRCUIT
摘要 PURPOSE:To expand the operation margin by compensating variance in threshold voltage through using MISFET for a sense amplifier even for a precharging means. CONSTITUTION:As timing pulse phiP rises to the high level, MISFETQ8 between the power source and the common source of cross MISFETs Q1 and Q2 turns on as well as precharging MISFETs Q3 and Q4, thereby precharging data lines D1 and D2 at power voltage VP. Therefore, FETs Q1 and Q2 also turn on and precharge levels of data lines D1 and D2 have the difference corresponding to the difference in threshold level between FETs Q1 and Q2, canceling the threshold level difference between FETs Q1 and Q2 in differential amplification by FETs Q1 and Q2 during the preamplification period. Because of the compensation of the threshold voltages, the operation margin is expanded without reference to variance in FET characteristics.
