PURPOSE:To simplify the mechanism, to reduce the cost and to improve the reliability, by permitting a single plunger to start an auto mechanism and to drive a reset plate. CONSTITUTION:At one end of driving member 10, regulating member 15 having leaf spring 18, reset plate 17, and coupling lever 20 coupled with plunger 22 are pivoted on shafts 16, 19 and 21 freely rotatably and hooked mutually via pin 17a. In this constitution, when turntable shaft 1 rotates in response to a driving signal to rotate plunger 22 clockwise, reset plate 17 and regulating member 15 also rotate clockwise to rotate starting member 23 counterclockwise via leaf spring 18, and large gear 6 and small gear 2 engage with each other via starting piece 9, so that driving member 10 will move to right via cam 12. Then, tone arm 25 moves to the prescribed position of index plate 35 which corresponds to the size of a record to start the play. The returning operation is performed through plunger 22 and plate 17. |
