PURPOSE:To provide a simple circuit with full-wave rectifying function and crest detecting function while reducing the current consumption by composing the circuit of three transistors, connected to in-phase and reverse-phase input terminals and a reference-voltage set terminal, and a constant power supply as principal active elements. CONSTITUTION:Transistor TR group 1 consists of individual TRs 1a-1c and while the collectors and emitters of TRs 1a-1c are connected in common, in-phase input terminal 21, out-of-phase input terminal 22 and reference-voltage set terminal 23 are connected to the bases of TRs 1a-1c respectively. To the common collector of TR group 1, multi-TR forming the 1st constant current power supply 4 is connected to the common emitter of TR group 1, the 2nd constant current power supply 5 is also connected; and further the 1st TR2 is connected between said power supply 5 and the 2nd collector of TR of constant-current said power supply 4. Between the base of TR2 and the 2nd collector of TR of said power supply 4, the 2nd TR3 is connected. Then, a crest-value detection output is extracted from the 2nd emitter of TR3, and a full-wave rectification output from the 1st emitter, simplifying the circuit constitution. |
