<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently obtain a synthetic resin laminated sheet of high qualitative stability by heating a laminate laminated with a prepreg and forming in lamination through the combined use of high-frequency induction heating and steam heating. CONSTITUTION:A laminate laminated with prepreg obtained by impregnating and drying resin for laminated sheet in a base material for laminated sheet is inserted into a press equipped with a high-frequency oscillation plate. After reaching an objective temperature, it is heated with steam so that a synthetic resin laminated sheet is manufactured through heated lamination forming. As base materials for laminated sheet, woven cloth, unwoven cloth, mat, etc. of paper, natural fiber, organic synthetic fiber, inorganic fiber, etc. are used, while as resins for laminated sheet, thermosetting resins such as phenol resin, epoxy resin, melamine resin, polyester resin, etc. are used. In addition, it is possible to clad with a copper foil with an adhesive on the surface of the afore-mentioned laminate and form it through heated lamination, thus obtaining a copper-clad laminated sheet.</p> |
