PURPOSE:To reduce the difference in copying density due to color difference, by correcting the difference in the sensitivity of a photosensitive drum due to color difference in characters or the like on an original in electrophotographic copying using a filter for transmitting or absorbing the wavelength region of that color. CONSTITUTION:The spectrum of a white light is broadly divided into the 3 series of B (blue), G (green), and R(red). If colors incapable of being sharply copied are, for example, B and R series, the copy density can be raised by using a filter for transmitting the light of G series colors, and intentionally attenuating the lights of B and R series. When colors of B series are not easily copied and colors of G, R series are easily copied, the copy density on the area of R series color is made somewhat lower than that on the area of G series light by using a filter for transmitting the light of R series color. |
