PURPOSE:To stop a revolving magnetic field in a short time by writing address information in a minor loop at a position following in the transfer direction of a major loop. CONSTITUTION:Each of bubble chips C0-C9 consists of major loop M and minor loops m0-m131, and minor loops (m) are connected to major loop M at every other bit via transfer gates. Then, when an information group of 132 bits, for example, is transferred out of each chip at the same timing and a prescribed bit reaches gate G, one-bit data is read out of each chip. In this case, the address information is written in minor loop m131 at the rear position in the transfer direction of major loop M. |
