PURPOSE:To provide a uniform flow rate discharge even if any irregular rotation of the engine is performed by a method wherein excessive flow rate for a flow control valve is positively and properly fed back through an auxiliary flow control valve. CONSTITUTION:When an irregular rotation is found in an engine to cause a frequent variation of pump discharge rate, a pressure difference between each of the hydraulic chambers 18, 19 in the valve 17 is exceeded over a desired value and the valve body 23 is rapidly opened in response to the pressure difference due to the fact that the hydraulic pressure in the hydraulic chamber 9 of the flow control valve 7 is acted upon the hydraulic chamber 18 of auxiliary flow control valve 17 and the hydraulic pressure in the hydraulic chamber 11 of the valve 7 is acted upon the hydraulic chamber 19 in the valve 17. Thereby, a part of the excessive discharge flow rate flowed into the flow control valve 17 is fed back to the oil pump 1 from the auxiliary flow control valve 17 through oil passage 22, 26, so that it is possible to provide a uniform rate of discharge from the hydraulic chamber 11 in the flow control valve 7. |
