<p>PURPOSE:To contrive so that a fiber-reinforced resin tube equipped with a socket may be formed in plural shapes with the help of one piece of forming mold, by using a forming mold with a socket forming part which is slidable in an axial direction on the external circumference of a mold. CONSTITUTION:When the captioned tube is formed, socket forming parts 2, 2' which are slidable in an axial direction on the external circumference of a mold 1 are attached on the body of a fiber-reinforced resin tube and used. The socket forming parts 2, 2' are fixed at a prearranged position of the mold 1 and then fiber-reinforced resin forming material 1 is wound around the mold 1 and the socket forming parts 2, 2' to form a fiber-reinforced resin forming material layer 7. Said layer is cured followed by a procedure to release the fixing of the socket forming parts 2, 2' and the pulling out of the socket forming part 2, 2' from the internal surface of the socket part on the fiber-reinforced resin forming material layer 7. Thus a fiber-reinforced resin tube equipped with a socket such as a socket-type tube joint is obtained.</p> |
