PURPOSE:To obtain sound quality resembling to natural one and lower the cost by forming the motor board, turntable, head cell, speaker rest table and other parts requiring sound absorption and sound damping of a player of a superplastic zinc- aluminum alloy. CONSTITUTION:The motor board, turntable, head cell, speaker rest table and other parts requiring sound absorption and sound damping of a player are formed of a superplastic zinc-aluminum alloy. This alloy has coefficients of sound damping as large as 30-40% and high sound absorbing and sound damping effect, and the alloy has strength as strong as brass and excellent machinability. It permits easy forming of small parts by die drawing. Hence, sound quality resembling to natural one is obtained and the parts are manufactured inexpensively. |
