TESTING METHOD FOR MAGNETIC BUBBLE CHIP

摘要

PURPOSE:To increase error detectability while facilitaing the detection of bubbles between data bits, by reading bits between data by delaying the driving timing transmission of a chip by one bit. CONSTITUTION:Signal selecting circuit 22 selects the output of comparing circuit 20 and performs reading operation to read the bubble of each data bit. The one-bit delayed gate signal of signal selecting circuit 21 is selected and reading operation is performed. Then, the transmission of replicating signal 25 and detecting signal 26 is delayed by one bit to detect the existence of the bubble of a bit between data bits.
