PURPOSE:To improve high-band characteristics and increase joining strengh by disposing spots for joining two core halves made of ''Sendust '' from the lower end side of a winding hole toward the end part of the core coarsely near the winding hole and densely in the end part. CONSTITUTION:In joining ''Sendust '' core halves 1 and 2 having a winding hole 3 face to face by means of a brazing filler metal, the interspot spacing ratios of the spots 6-11 at the lower end of the winding hole out of joining spots 5-11 are positioned densely in the end part 12 so as to be made, for example, 7:5:3:1:1 from the spot 6 side. Thereby, the magnetic loss in a high-frequency band is made smaller by this than by making the interspot spacing uniform, and consequently, the reproduced output of the high-frequency band is improved. Even more, the joining strength is high. Particularly if gold braze is used, the durability is higher than that by silver braze, but equivalent joining strength can be resulted from the silver braze, too. |
