<p>PURPOSE:To prevent warp of membrane, by fixing with anchor bolts, the membrane of a membrane type low temperature liquefied gas tank shown in the title, to a reinforcement plate which is sandwiched between laminated heat insulators. CONSTITUTION:The reinforcement plate 5 is sandwiched between heat insulating plates 3, 4 made of foamed plastic and the like, in such a configuration as basically separated. The metal membrane 1 is provided on the surface of the heat insulating plate 3 with the membrane-anchor bolts 2. These anchor bolts are tightly screwed to the reinforcement plate 5. Although this constitution causes warp of heat insulating plates 3, 4 to the low temperature side through heat contraction by cooling, the resultant increase of internal stress can be suppressed, by separating insulating plates 3, 4 into two layers, and interposing reinforcement plate 5 between them. Therefore, the warp of the membrane is prevented.</p> |
