Nickel electro-plating soln. for forming smooth and glossy layer having no sulfur and superior malleability and uniformity was improved. Thus, 1-10 mole cyclic polyether or its derivs. dissolved in acidic Ni aq. soln. and 0.01-0.8 g/l reaction product (av. mol. wt. < 1500) prepd. from 1 mole compd. which was selected among alip. unsatd. alcohol, unsatd. carboxylic acid, and alkynoxyalkane carboxylic acid were mixed with 0.02-0.25 g/l alip. aldehyde or 0.2-5 g/l sulfone compd. to manuf. improved Ni electroplating soln.
