FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating vascular failure and diseases associated with vascular factor. Treatment should be fulfilled by applying cryo-impact with application of a cooling agent at temperature of liquid nitrogen onto the surface of inferior limb in projection area of pathological vascular sector upon it. As for cryo-impact, it should be carried out successively, in two stages, with the help of porous-filamentous carrier and a roller massaging device made of porous permeable titanium nickelide with liquid nitrogen deposited in their pores. Duration of every cryo-impact should be restricted up to 10 min.
