FIELD: medicine, laboratory methods of investigation. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with isolating erythrocytes from patient's blood, adding lanthanum chloride up to final concentrations being about 60-160 mcM and erythrocytic incubation after aggregation for 60 min at 37° C. Disorders in stable state of erythrocytic membranes enable to conclude upon the appearance of fused cells.
