PURPOSE:To control the quantity of soybean milk discharged to a receptor, automatically and accurately, by using a weighing table supporting a soybean milk receptor, a balancing lever linked to the weighing table, and a switching mechanism to control an electromagnetic valve according to the tilting motion of the balancing lever. CONSTITUTION:A receptor 2 is placed on a weighing table 1. The couterweight 8 for fine adjustment and the counterweight 9 for rough adjustment, attached slidably to the balancing lever 6, are moved to set the desired discharge amount of the soybean milk. When the weight of the soybean milk discharged through the pipe 16 into the receptor 2 approaches to the set weight, the weighing table 1 is pushed down, and accordingly, the balancing lever 6 is rotated around the axis 7 through the connecting levers 5, 8 and the swiveling lever 3. Linked to the motion, the detecting lever 11 is also rotated by the weight 13 corresponding to the motion of the iron piece 10 of the balancing lever 6. The switch S2 is turned on by the detecting lever 11, and the electromagnetic valve V1 is throttled below a definite level. When the weight of the discharged soybean milk reaches to the set level, the switch S1 is turned on by the iron piece 10, the electromagnetic valve S2 is completely closed, and the discharge of the soybean milk is stopped. |
