PURPOSE:''Onigiri'' stuffed with ingredients is mass-produced with simple tools including a rice packing box provided with a graduated openable side wall. CONSTITUTION:The bed 5 that is covered with a sheet of cellophane 6 and used for placing boild rice is placed on the bottom of the rice-packing and-forming box 1 and boiled rice is placed thereon. Then, the plate provided with projections for boring holes in the rice 7 are pressed on the rice to form holes in the rice. Further, the rice is cut with cutter 10 according to the scale on the openable side plates 2 and 2'. The openable plates 2 and 2' are released and the formed rice pieces are taken out and desired stuffs are filled in the bored holes. The resultant stuffed rice balls are packed with pouching tool 11, 11'. |
