PURPOSE:A starch source that is made into the alpha-form by heating, saccharides and propylene glycol are combined in a specific proportion to produce the half wetted feed with high storability, high nutrition and moldability. CONSTITUTION:Rice, wheat, corn, banana, potato or sweet potato or industrial starch product or their by-product is made into the alpha-form by more than 80% of the included starch with heat, after or before it is mixed with other nutrients. Then, they are formed into granules to give the product. As for additives, propylene glycol is added to increase the plasticizing property and saccharides such as sucrose, glucose, dextrin, amylose, fructose or molasses are added in such a range that the product can keep an appropriate water retention, viscosity, plasticizing property and can increase platability. |
