<p>PURPOSE:A recording solution for ink jetting having improved long-term shelf stability, in low viscosity region, emerging stability, grabbing properties, etc., obtained by adding N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone to a solution for recording consisting of pigment, high polymer dispersant, and an aqueous medium. CONSTITUTION:1-80wt%, preferably 10-40wt% N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone is added to a solution for recording consisting of a pigment, e.g., copper phthalocyanine blue, etc., a high polymer dispersant (a salt of addition polymer made of preferably 25-40wt% hydrophilic structural part and a hydrophobic structural part, having a molecular weight 5,000-100,000), and an aqueous medium of water of a system of water and water-soluble organic solvent (preferably diethylene glycol, etc.). The amounts of the pigment, dispersant, and water blended are 3-30wt%, 10- 150pts.wt. (based on 100pts.wt. pigment), and 20-70wt% respectively, and the recording solution is preferably adjusted to a viscosity 3-10cps. EFFECT:Having improved concentration of printed image, clarity, water resistance, light resistance, etc.</p> |
