Method of offering filler composing of multilayer of expanded metal which having inclined ribbon at the same direction to plane of common collision and ribbons at each layer is inclined opposite direction to the adjacent layer. The netting as a whole is relatively thin permitting free flow and levelling of fluids within the chamber, wherby filling and emptying of the container is not appreciably impeded.
