<p>The machine profiles an extruded clay strip, having a conveyor supporting the strip and a number of profiling rollers brought into contact with it and on an adjustable mounting. The rollers (4), which have a serrated profile, are mounted on a chain conveyor (7), part of which is close to the conveyor (2) for the strip (1). This part can run round a set of sprockets whose diameter is sufficiently small for only one roller to be in contact with the strip at a time.</p> |
