The method involves saving machine language programs (AP1, AP2) utilized by previous computer operations with an assigned flag as a configuration signal (5) in a configuration memory (3) when the computer is shutdown. The configuration signal is selected to call the flag and the programs from the memory after booting of the computer. The programs are combined with a desktop-icon (15) and are represented on a monitor (BS).
