<p>PURPOSE:To make a device small-sized, by turning a disk which has a guide pin and an inclied pin for drawing out a tape from 2 tape reels arranged in the same height, and to which a rotary drum of a magnetic head is eccentrically fitted. CONSTITUTION:To a substrate 3 corresponding to an adjacent part of the intermediate parr of feed and take-up reels 11, 12, a disk 17 is fitted freely rotatably. The disk 17 has inlet and outlet guide pins 18, 19 and 2 inclined pins 20, and also a rotary drum 2 containing rotary heads 1, 1 in the eccetric position. Before a tape 10 in the figure is drawn out, the drum 2 is in the outside of a line connecting guide pins 16, 16, but when the disk 17 is turned in the direction as indicated with an arrow A, the guide pins 18, 19 and the inclined pins 20, 20 draw out the tape 10, wind the tape of about 180 deg. round the drum 2, a capstan 8 turns in the direction as indicated with an arrow C, pinch-holds the tape together with a capstan 7, a lever 23 turns in the direction as indicated with an arrow B, and the drum 2 goes into the inside of said straight line 16.
