The invention refers to medicine, in particular to oncology. Summary of the invention consists in that it is optionally ligated the external carotid artery onto the affected part for hemorrhage prevention, it is treated the operative field, including the frontal region of head, temporo-orbital region, lateral region of face on the tumor localization part, the nose, the superior lip, the nasal and buccal mucosa. Then it is made an incision from the superior lip up the base of the lateral surface of nose up to the medial angle of eye and, depending on the tumor spread, it is prolonged up the eyebrow or up the middle of the forehead onto the frontal and temporal regions. It is prepared a de-epidermized skin flap, which also includes the detached periosteum from the supraorbital region or from the frontal and temporal regions. The orbital content is moved downward and laterally and it is exposed the apex of orbit, the lateral wall of the ethmoid bone, the anterior wall of the maxillary sinus up to the infraorbital neurovascular fascicle, then it is removed the tumor by resecting the orbital plate with the affected cells of the ethmoid bone, the affected plates of the nasal cavity and the superior wall of the orbit in case of need, then it is made a tamponade of the formed cavity with a gauze tampon with ointment, the end of which is pulled out through the nasal orifice. It is hermetically sutured the dura mater, it is carried out plasty of the skull base defect by suturing the prepared flap to the dura mater and to the orbital periosteum, afterwards the skin on the face is sutured with atraumatic sutures, and the rest of wound with interrupted sutures.
