<p>PURPOSE:To prevent generation of a jam by a unnecessary change over by providing an operating part for changing the discharge direction of copying paper and an openable/closable cover which covers the operating part and constituting the operating part in such a manner that said part can be operated when the cover is opened. CONSTITUTION:This recorder has a guiding means 18 which can change over discharge ports 20, 21 for guiding the recorded paper by changing the discharge direction of the recorded paper, the operating part 33 which acts to change over the guiding means 18 to change the discharge direction of the recording paper, and the openable/closable cover 25 which covers the operating part. The operating part 33 is so constituted that said part can be operated when the cover 25 is opened. Since the operating part 33 for the change over is provided in the cover 25 in such a manner, the position of a change over means 18 is not changed during the conveyance of the paper and the jam, etc., occurring therein are prevented.</p> |
