PURPOSE:To provide a recording ink for ink jet recording system, in which recording characteristics, shelf stability, setting properties on a material to be recorded, and light resistance, weather resistance and water resistance of printed image are well-balanced, by using a specified dye as a recording component. CONSTITUTION:A dye such as C.I. Direct Black 31 or C.I. Direct Black 76 is used. 0.5-20wt% above dye, 10-90wt% water and 5-95wt% water-soluble org. solvent (e.g. diethyelene glycol) are blended together to produce the desired recording liquid. |
