PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of chatterings in a hollow member, by a method wherein a frame member, forming a safety frame surrounding a driver's seat, is made up of a hollow material, and after a foaming synthetic resin is poured into said hollow part, the resin is expanded for curing. CONSTITUTION:A frame member 1 for framing a safety frame and the like is made up of a hollow steel pipe, and after a foaming synthetic resin 2 is poured into a hollow part 1a, it is expanded for curing. The frame member 1, whose hollow part 1a is filled with the foaming synthetic resin 2, is cut and processed to fabricate a frame and the like. |
