The winding drum has a fixed plate (1) and a rotating plate (2). The rotating plate has a number of pressure rollers (3,4,5) along the outer edge, centred on parallel axes (31,41,51). The outer edges of the rollers are nearly in contact with the outer edge (11) of the fixed plate. The rotating plate has a radial slot (8) with a wide opening (9) and rotates about the central hub (7). The drum is fitted with a winding handle (12) fixed at the corners (13) to the rotating plate. The hose passes between the pressure rollers as it is wound onto the drum so that it can be completely emptied.
