Modular structural part which is intended for the production of buildings from a multiplicity of such structural parts arranged one next to the other and one above the other, is U-shaped and comprises a rectangular base plate and walls fitted at the ends thereof. The lateral and upper borders of the walls are profiled such that, in the case of structural parts arranged one next to the other and one above the other, they form spaces which are intended for receiving the binder to be cast therein and are arranged in the manner of a three-dimensional grid.
