PURPOSE:To effectively prevent a stain on the projection face of an optical fiber tube (OFT), by providing a conductor layer on the surface of a terminal projection face except the projection face of the optical fiber tube. CONSTITUTION:OFT2 is covered with conductor 10 excluding projection part 9, and this conductor 10 is grounded to serve as an exposure part. Since almost all the surface of OFT2 is covered with conductor 10 kept at zero potential by grounding, electrostatic attachment of powder to OFT2 is effectively preventable. Since conductor 10 is cut on both sides of projection part 9, the tails of toner blocks do not tend to grow to part 9, thus permitting projection hindrance not to occur, and an image to be prevented from being cut. |
