PURPOSE:To reduce the loss of electric power and thus decrease the power consumption, by applying the flyback pulse to the power source of a transistor vertical deflecting circuit of OLT connection via a capacitor in series to a DC power source having a low impedance. CONSTITUTION:The diode (D) 15 and smoothing capacitor (C) 16 are connected in series to the low-voltage winding 11 of a flyback transformer via the fuse resistance 14. Thus a DC low-voltage power source having a low internal impedance is formed. A small-capacity C17 and shunt D18 are connected in series to the points Q and P of connection. The voltage obtained by shifting the flyback pulse delivered from the winding 11 by an amount of voltage VP at the point P is obtained at the series-connection point R. This voltage is supplied to the vertical deflecting transistor 1 via a rectifying/smoothing circuit 21 comprising D19 and C20. Thus a high- impedance power source is obtained via C17. As a result, the power loss can be reduced for a vertical deflecting circuit of OTL connection. This results in a reduction of power consumption. |
