PURPOSE:To assure the normality of copying operation by inhibiting automatic resetting to an initial state despite lapse of a fixed time upon ending of copying when there is a key input during warming up of a heater or the occurrence of abnormality. CONSTITUTION:A control circuit 7 executs a series of copying processes according to the information transmitted from a key input control circit 6. At the end of copying, a decision circuit 8 starts a timer circuit 9 and when the circuit 9 times up, the signal (f) is outputted, by which automatic resetting to the initial state of the ordinary copying mode in which the number of copying sheet is set at ''1'' is accomplished. On the other hand, a logic circuit 12 makes the signal (f) invalied when there is a key input during the warming up of the heater or the occurrence of abnormality and when the abnormality occurs after the key input, and makes the signal (f) effective when there is no key input within a fixed time after the completion of said warming up or the cancellation of the abnormal state. |
