PURPOSE:To shorten the total length of a shaft and to facilitate installation of a fluid pressure generator, by making the pushed direction of a push rod of the booster and the slided direction of the actuating piston of a master cylinder cross at a right angle, and by connecting the above-mentioned rod and piston with a transmission. CONSTITUTION:The push rod 15 is pushed to move to its tip side 151 by depression of a brake pedal, as the differential pressure is produced between both chambers R1 and R2 and it moves the power piston 12. The brake is brought into action by the primary arm 411 of the respective link mechamism 41a and 41b pivoted, and then by the respective actuating piston 22a and 22b slided to its tip side 222 by the secondary arm 412, that is, the slided direction of the actuating piston croses approximately at a right angle with the pushed direction of the rod 15. |
