<p>PURPOSE:To realize a miniature structure and a high reliability for a monitor signal identifying circuit by using a semiconductor logic circuit element, and at the same time realizing an identification of fault between a receiving circuit and a local transmitting circuit. CONSTITUTION:When a fault occurs in the receiving circuit and the input signal arrives, the output 11 of the level detecting circuit 1 turns to the consecutive earth. As a result, the consecutive earth is obtained at the output 17 in the gate circuit 16 by an AND between the output 15 of monomulti 14 and the output 13 of flip- flop 12. Then the intermittent signal is applied to the input of the circuit 1 in case a local transmitting circuit fault occurs. As a result, the signal (a) is obtained at the output 11, and the output 18 of the flip-flop 12 is turned to the waveform of (e) by the signal (a) to be sent to the monomulti 19. Then the waveform of (g) is obtained at the output 22 at the gate circuit 21 by an AND between the output (f) of the monomulti 19 and the output 11 (a) of the circuit 1.</p> |
