PURPOSE:To modify specifications freely by dividing circuits, which correspond to processes of a system, into functional blocks and by controlling connections between divided functional blocks. CONSTITUTION:From input part 2, programs required for the operation of the system are stored in program memory part 5, and information for determining the specification of emulator processor block 15 in the execution state of a program is inputted from input part 2. On the basis of the information, host processor part 1 performs processing in the sequence of memory part 5 and under those information commands, the control is transferred to circuit connection controlling part 13 to supply connection switch part 16 with the connection operating signal that corresponds to the input data. Then, the arithmetic part and program counter of block 15, and other functional blocks are connected by switch circuit 16 under the control of circuit connection controlling part 14. This control makes it possible to modify the specifications freely according to the information from input part 2. |
