<p>A wave extinguishing caisson in which trapezoidal blades having a plurality of holes are associated within a frame shaped like the edges of a box using concrete. Waves enter the box having a permeable structure, are turned and dispersed through the blades and thus their energy is extinguished. This caisson can be placed on the ocean bottom as a quaywall protector or breakwater. </p> |
