HV transformer for X=ray generator - has potential plate of electrical resistance material surrounding primary winding
摘要

The choice of electrical resistance material for the potential plate of the high-voltage transformer means that eddy currents and heating of the potential plate are reduced. The distance between the secondary winding (3) and the potential plate (4) is so great that there is sufficient high-voltage insulation. The heating caused by the eddy currents arising from leakage fluxes in the transformer is kept low because of the electrical resistance material of the plate, which is e.g. austenitic steel or a chrome-nickel alloy.
