<p>The guided pre-forming unit, engaging the rear of the membrane rear, is in alignment with a profiled surface section of the workpiece, and has a drive unit. The system is used for pre- shaping the membrane on a membrane form press, to suit a workpiece to be provided with a decorative layer. The drive device has at least one flexible tube unit (42). This is supported with a surface section on a stationary support face (10), and engages one or more pre-forming units (30) with an opposite surface section. The tube units may engage pressure plates on the pre-forming units. All units and plates may be of different sizes. Costs are reduced, with the same output.</p> |
