PURPOSE:To reduce the time required for operation at every one batch by weighing first a constituent of a small quantity at an ordinary speed and by weighing then a constituent of large quantity so as to have a weight calculated by multiplying the weight of the former constituent by a prescribed ratio. CONSTITUTION:First the constituent of a small quantity is weighed so as for its weight to take a set value approximately without slowing down and then the accurate weight thereof thus measured is multiplied by the prescribed mixture ratio. Next, the constituent of a large quantity is weighed exactly so as to take the value of the product of the above multiplication. On the occasion of measurement of the constituent of large quantity, a means such as slowing-down can be applied. Since each constituent weighed and taken in based on the accurate weight ratio is put in a weighing container simply in accordance with the weight thereof, it is sent subsequently to a following mixing device. Since each pulverized substance is weighed accurately and speedily at the prescribed ratio, the above mixing device to be connected to the weighing container is desired to be such a device as capable of mixing each constituent evenly in a short time. |
