Layer remover for reclaiming screen-printing patterns - sprays liquid onto pattern from set of moving nozzles

The layer remover sprays a liquid onto the pattern or template held by a frame. The liquid is sprayed from nozzles (17) that move relative to the pattern (14) and its supporting frame (13). The nozzles can be switched in and out independently and are supported by a shared beam (16) that slides inside the remover's casing (2). The beam is driven parallel to and backwards and forwards across the pattern, which is stationary inside the casing. The flow of liquid to the nozzles is controlled by valves operated electrically or pneumatically. The remover allows the patterns to be reused.
