House heating system using heat pump - has air gap between outside and inside walls and insulation and waterproof interior layers

The heating system for a house using a heat pump and an underground water storage tank, has an outer wall spaced by an air gap from the load bearing wall of the house. This outer wall is black, and the inner wall is of waterproof concrete, with the water circulating pipes embedded in it. The outside wall forms a heat storage layer, and the inside wall carries an insulation layer on its inside surface. The air gap between them terminates under the roof which overhangs it, and communicates with atmosphere. The steel storage tank is embedded underground between the heat pump and the heat collector, and is enclosed by an insulation layer. The inside wall also carries a damp proof layer of e.g. aluminium.
