<p>An apparatus and a method for dynamically managing links are provided to intuitionally select a path by dividing a link usage rate stage into several stages and reflecting the link usage rate on link weight values, and effectively balance a load by having the link weight values of a basic value, a maximum value and each stage value. A link state analyzing unit(100) recognizes the link usage amount of each node in establishing a path. A link weight management unit(110) discriminates the link usage amount by at least one or more stages, and whenever the link usage amount exceeds each discriminated stage, the link weight management unit(110) sets the link weight value as a maximum value. A path establishing unit(120) establishes a path within a network based on the weight value of links.</p> |
